Consumerist Culture Picture Show

I've got a lot of stuff. I think I might have the type of personality that hordes things. I should probably get rid of some stuff, but I really like all of it! Instead of having a mass sell-off I think I'm just going to try to control my intake. I'm sure Christina will smile at that though, but I think it's necessary considering we're moving next month and it's going to be difficult enough as it is. Before beginning this new lifestyle I will relish in my consumeristic nature one final time and show off a few of my favorite things. Check out the picture show below!

This is my slime from the game Dragon Quest. As you can see I really love it!

Ok, I'm don't actually love the slime, but I do like it. Did I mention it doubles as a nigh-unusable Playstation controller?

Alright, I'm going to admit it. I'm probably never going to use that slime, but it does look cute on my shelf of import PS2 games, right?

Here's my "rig." Christina thinks it looks ugly because there are too many wires. I disagree, but the picture shows otherwise. I'll chalk it up to looking at the rig from its bad angle.

The NES2 looks so cute next to his big cousin the SNES2. I've also got both the original iterations of the systems, but I'm get sick of blowing in cartridges.

Here's my Nintendo 64 with DD again with Doshin the Giant and Paper Mario hanging out inside. I need to cut back on my purchases because, while I got the DD for the low, low cost of $30, Doshin the Giant was twice that...

Here is a comparison between the old Nintendo Dual Screened Game and Watch and the new Nintendo DS. I prefer the new one, but the old one was a good time back in the day.

Here's a picture of the two guys closed up. NOTE:I didn't waste money buying an Antique Game and Watch, it's actually the original one that I got as a gift from Uncle Ronnie around 20 years ago!

One of my favorite things in my collection: Shigeru Miyamoto's business card, signed by the Mario man himself at the Game Developer's conference 1999. That was a good time.

And easily the best thing I've got I don't actually own. Christina. Here she is seen taking a drink of iced tea in the restaurant next to where we are considering moving. Speaking of, I better get out of here! It's time for me to meet her to check out the place!
